Patient Care Coordinator | McKinney, TX (Onsite) Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in McKinney, Texas . This is a contract-to-hire position with a growing healthcare organization.

Position Details

• Location: McKinney, TX (100% Onsite)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:50 AM - 5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience)

• Type: Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service

• Complete patient check-in and check-out processes

• Verify demographics and insurance information

• Obtain pre-authorizations and pre-certifications as needed

• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles

• Manage cash drawer and daily deposits

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling

• Process walk-in patients and visitors

• Maintain and manage medical records, including scanning and filing

• Help maintain a clean and organized lobby area

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous EMR/EHR experience required

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with general office procedures

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

• Professional, compassionate, and clear communication style

• Ability to operate standard office equipment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
