Responsibilities

Perform dental extractions with skill and precision
Assess patients' dental health to determine the need for extractions
Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures and post-operative care
Manage medical histories and ensure prerequisites for extractions are met
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide a seamless experience
Maintain accurate records of all procedures performed and follow-up care given
Stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in dental extractions

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Valid state dental license and certification in sedation dentistry
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental extractions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients
Commitment to patient comfort and quality care
Proficiency in using dental equipment and technology
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle emergencies professionally
