We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Bilingual Accounting Assistant to join our Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping Support

Assist with recording and categorizing financial transactions in QuickBooks Online. Support monthly bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Record and review business income, expenses, deposits, and payments. Assist with preparing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Identify discrepancies and assist with correcting bookkeeping errors. Support monthly accounting closings and financial reporting. Assist with payroll reconciliation and accounting documentation. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Client Communication & Administrative Support

Communicate professionally with clients in English and Spanish. Request and follow up on missing bank statements, receipts, invoices, and financial documents. Maintain organized client files and update information in our practice management system. Coordinate with bookkeepers, tax preparers, and tax strategists. Assist with preparing financial documentation for tax planning meetings. Ensure client requests and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, both written and verbal. Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administrative support preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Experience with QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn new systems, accounting procedures, and tax-related processes. Accounting or business-related education is preferred. Our Culture & Expectations

Schedule & Compensation

Pay:

$18–$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time, Monday through Friday. In-office position at our Atlanta, Georgia location.
