Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active SD or compact RN license.

• Work in the Case Management unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with 8-hour shifts
• 13-week assignment length
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license (South Dakota or Compact) currently in hand
• Prior experience in case management preferred
• No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed

Additional Information

• Coordinate patient care plans and support discharge planning and utilization review processes
• Work collaboratively with the hospital's clinical care team
