Strategic Compensation Partner - Customer Org

MongoDB is seeking a Compensation Partner to serve as the dedicated partner for the Customer organization. This role will support VP and Director-level leaders, and their HRBP partners as the primary day-to-day compensation resource in a high-growth, global customer-focused business. You will build compensation programs and tools, partner with Operations, Finance, and Recruiting on incentive plans, budgeting, and analytics, and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced tech environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr MongoDB Inc.
