- Lead the finance function for a large-scale global manufacturing facility with nearly 1000 employees

- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities for the manufacturing site.
- The Director of Finance will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and operational decision-making.
- Oversee capital expenditure planning and financial support for major manufacturing investments.
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting and financial analysis functions.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, controls, and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support production, operations, and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee the month close process and review activities of the Assistant Controller
- 10+ years of finance experience within a large manufacturing environment with cost knowledge and a min of 5 years leadership experience in accounting or finance capacity.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams.
- Previous experience overseeing plant finance, controllership, or director-level manufacturing finance functions.
- Strong ERP expertise with either (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Former accounting experience within a regulated industry such as Consumer-packaged goods, Medical, Medical Device, Aerospace, Chemical or Cosmetics.
