Competitive compensation package with bonus potential. Key Responsibilities For The Director Of Finance Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Oversee month‑end close and ensure accurate financial results. Analyze standard costs, production variances, inventory, and operating performance metrics. Partner with plant leadership on financial planning and cost‑reduction initiatives. Manage CapEx evaluations, including ROI and NPV analysis. Ensure strong internal controls, IFRS compliance, and audit readiness. Qualifications For The Director Of Finance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Progressive leadership experience managing teams and financial functions.
