Do you have experience in working in Assisted Living and Independent Living properties along with Transitional medical home care support services and working in a modern primary care environment, providing comprehensive patient care through a fast growing and independent practice while collaborating as part of an experienced healthcare team. Positions for PCP, FNP, PMHNP & ARNP professionals. These positions offer opportunities for balanced clinical and administrative professional growth, with pathways for leadership development and enhancement of clinical skills. Bi-lingual is helpful. DEA Licenses are required for all positions. All are 1099 positions for high achievers and experienced practitioners. Full support is given in patient development and marketing. IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE AREA YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

• Monitor treatment compliance and patient progress
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for integrated care
• Conduct follow-up care to ensure treatment effectiveness
• Opportunities to work in the evolving peptide therapy sector.
• TRT, HRT, PRP and other clean, USA sourced products and procedures.
• Support wellness initiatives to improve patient outcomes
