Accounts Receivable Specialist - Hybrid, Real Estate (Yardi)
The Douglaston Companies
The Douglaston Companies are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our New York team in a hybrid work model. You will manage rent payments, post charges in Yardi, and ensure accurate tenant billing and aging analysis.
Ideal candidates have at least three years in AR, a finance-related degree, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of NYCHA/HAP programs. We offer competitive benefits and a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements in NY.
