Real Estate Accountant

Our client is a prominent NYC-based asset management firm. They are seeking a Real Estate Accountant to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan . Job Details Prepare monthly invoices and oversee tenant billing Maintain tenant accounts, including entering deposits and rent checks Maintain records of leases, certificates of insurance, and other documentation Prepare budgets, financial reports, and Yardi modules Salary Range: $65-85k annually, based on experience Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting major or similar preferred 2-4 years’ accounting experience in the Real Estate industry Must have Yardi experience (or similar software) Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong verbal and written communicator with excellent follow-through #J-18808-Ljbffr Gainor Staffing
