Overview Agentic AI & LLM Expertise - need to have created an agent in an operations process (no chatbot folks) Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini or similar) Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments Deep understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and orchestration Experience with MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks Job details Have bunch of use cases in pipeline in wholesale operations. Will deal with institutional based clients (process will be complex) -must have a banking background (3-4 years) 12-15 years of experience total Should have worked on workflow automation in the last couple of years The team is creating agentic solutions for wholesale operations. Work with ops SME, document process maps, able to do agent designing, development of shell creation Should have knowledge of how integrations work but engineering team will do that part.
