Alliance Catholic Credit Union has the following openings: Position: Senior Commercial Loan Officer Location: Farmington Hills, MI Job Id: 251 # of Openings: 1 Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Senior Commercial Loan Officer who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the VP of Lending at our Farmington Hills location. The ideal candidate: Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the Credit Union’s commercial services, including business loan products and related commercial ancillary services. Generates new commercial lending opportunities through established and emerging business relationships, personal networking, community involvement, and centers of influence—going beyond reliance on inbound referrals. Supports sustainable loan growth by driving appropriate volume, profitability, and portfolio quality while maintaining minimal delinquency levels. Ensures all commercial lending activities are conducted in compliance with established policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Maintains and analyzes key commercial lending statistics, including loan production, portfolio performance, delinquency trends, and reporting data. Ensures business loans and related relationships are managed effectively to meet the needs of borrowers while protecting the Credit Union’s interests. Establishes and maintains professional business relationships with members, vendors, the business community, and trade organizations. Asuccessful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with 5-10 years of demonstrated success in producing and managing commercial loans,with a proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing sound commercial deals. Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required; MBA is preferred. Technical knowledge of lending concepts, practices, procedures, and financial statements along with working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, statutes, and filing requirements related to lending, collections, insurance, and related functions are required.
