Probate Paralegal

Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role is essential to delivering high-quality legal services and requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple matters, maintain accuracy, and interact with clients with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities $47 Qualifications • Probate and/or Trust Administration Experience
• Experience with Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, or similar
• Paralegal certificate or associate/bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Florida probate procedures required
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
