Legal Assistant

The Siegel Law Group Boca Raton, FL, US We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys and staff by managing legal files and case workflows from intake through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration who thrives in an organized, client-focused law firm environment. Maintain and update legal files using CRM and practice management systems, including HubSpot and Clio Organize and manage client files Support attorneys with document preparation, coordination, review, and filing Track case deadlines, tasks, and documents to ensure timely case progression Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical files Coordinate document execution and serve as a witness to document signings as needed Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures Preferred 3 years of experience in a legal office or law firm Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Experience with Clio, HubSpot, or related software Strong organizational and time-management skills Close attention to detail and accuracy Professional phone and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information Compensation $20 - $24 Hourly The Siegel Law Group is a well-established estate planning and probate law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida, serving clients throughout the state.
