Your Role and Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic tests, and creating personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic diseases in collaboration with physicians or independently based on licensure
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding prevention, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic health management
• Working cohesively with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, integrated healthcare
• Maintaining comprehensive and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington State
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
