US HR & People-Culture Lead — First Hire
Blackwave
Blackwave seeks a hands-on HR leader for Texas to establish our US People function. You’ll own recruiting, payroll, compliance, and workplace culture, serving as the first HR hire in the US and partnering with our Germany HQ to align global People strategy. You're expected to design scalable HR processes, ensure OSHA compliance, and create onboarding experiences that connect new hires to Blackwave values.
