Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder Mechanic to join our team. This full-time role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining welding machines and related equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain welding machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure peak machine performance.
- Disassemble and reassemble welding machines for inspections and repairs.
- Replace or repair faulty components, including motors, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
- Follow safety standards to ensure a secure and organized workspace.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and repair techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in mechanical repair, preferably with welding equipment.
- Strong skills in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
- Familiarity with various welding machines, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welders.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
