In addition, build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs. In addition, build and re-build equipment for various manufacturing needs. When and Where This will be a Y Shift / 5 AM - 5 PM F-Sun position located at our Plant in Pontiac, MI. Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests. What You Need to Have High School diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of Machine Repair experience required Minimum of 10 years of Machine Repair experience preferred Robotics training preferred Press specific training preferred Journeyman card or Machine Repair Journeyman Apprenticeship Completion or equal education/contact hours preferred Strong communication skills Strong time management skills Able to prioritize tasks Valid forklift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing Valid Scissor Lift license issued by Challenge Manufacturing Has high standards of performance for self.
