Business Coordinator, US Hospital & Biosimilars Portfolios, PCO and MarCom

Business Coordinator supporting US Hospital & Biosimilars portfolios, Pricing and Contracting Operations, and Marketing/Communications teams. Manages operational projects, administrative duties, meeting coordination, and support services across multiple departments and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, trainings, and external stakeholder gatherings with logistical support
• Process invoices and purchase orders; manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Maintain calendars for multiple leaders; schedule cross-timezone meetings and distribute materials
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, templates, and monthly reports
• Track office supplies and equipment orders using Pfizer systems; provide onboarding support for new employees

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 4+ years related administrative business experience
• Proficiency with Ariba, Travel & Expense, Teams, Box, and Yammer systems
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail

Compensation: $26.47-$44.12 per hour
