Requirements

• Previous cleaning, sweeping, or sanitation experience
• Familiarity with general sanitation equipment
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience handling cleaning chemicals and solutions
• Ability to operate a baler
• Ability to use pressurized cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety

Job Duties

• Clean floors throughout warehouse departments
• Clean racks and machinery using a pressurized water hose
• Wash and sanitize surfaces and equipment
• Use CFS washing-station tools
• Support sanitation needs in all departments
• Clean areas surrounding the building
• Assist with plant sanitation projects
• Complete preventive and predictive sanitation tasks
• Operate the baler as assigned
• Help reduce downtime and maintain cleaning efficiency
• Follow all chemical-handling and workplace safety procedures

As a Sanitation Associate you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards. A Sanitation Associate contributes to the daily operation of a facility by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout assigned work areas. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating safe environments. The Sanitation Associate uses cleaning equipment, custodial tools, and established procedures to maintain floors, workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
