Responsibilities include such as overseeing operations, budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development, FTE management, expense control, policy and procedure development and implementation, and process development to ensure regulatory compliance. · 350 employees · 8 direct reports Qualifications: · Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare field. · 5 years of management experience at the Director/C-Level in the healthcare industry. · 2-3 years in a Senior Management role.
