Litigation ParalegalWe are seeking an experienced Employment Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join a close-knit, upbeat legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working on complex litigation matters, takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, and thrives in a collaborative environment.Qualifications & Skills5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience.Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, calendaring, and e-filing procedures.Significant experience handling discovery, including disclosures and other written discovery.Outstanding attitude and customer service skills.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and efficiency.Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to follow-through.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Superior Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro skills.Proactive problem-solving abilities.Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.Preferred ExperienceEmployment plaintiff Litigation experience involving trial preparation and trial support.Previous employment law experience.Familiarity with court rules and procedures in out-of-state jurisdictions.Ability to learn new software quickly.Openness to embracing AI tools to streamline legal research, document review, and drafting while supporting complex litigation cases.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary of $80,000–$110,000 DOE.100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Generous paid time off.Bonus potential.Close-knit, upbeat work environment.To be considered, please submit a resume to View email address on click.appcast.io and reference: Paralegal.
