Account Executive

We are hiring and looking for a dynamic tenured well-networked results driving Account Executive for our Palm Beach Territory. Account Executive Representative you will: - Build relationships with the physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services for Medicare and Private Duty Nursing. - Conduct in-services, presentations, educational, host and attend relevant events by introducing our home health care services to physicians, patients, their families, facility staff and other referral sources. - Coordinate and complete on-site discharge planning when needed. - Ability to perform an initial territory market analysis and required business development plans quarterly/annually. Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating all marketing/sales activities for the company services. - Develop and establish new business referral sources consistently. - Successfully maintain current relationships with referral sources. Meet regularly with the clinical team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required. - Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the Company service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience is required. - MUST HAVE Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred. - Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Microsoft Office proficiency required. - Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
