Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and individualized attention for students
- Support students’ educational, behavioral, and social development both in and out of the classroom
- Adapt instructional materials and reinforce lessons under teacher guidance
- Help implement learning strategies and accommodations for students with special needs
- Provide supervision and support during classroom and school activities
- Document student progress and communicate observations to educator staff as needed
