About the Role:
Marketing and Admissions : Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for our facility.
Admissions : Leverage your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential residents, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a seamless transition into our care.
Data Analysis : Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and disseminate marketing materials (print, digital, and multimedia)
Manage and maintain the facility's website, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Coordinate promotional events, open houses, and community activities to drive engagement and interest
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other industry partners
Provide exceptional customer service to potential residents and their families
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
