Strategic Growth Manager

What You’ll Do Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market. Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform. Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process. Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence. Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams. What This Role Offers Work directly with decision-makers for faster, high-impact conversations. Engage in a highly consultative, human sales process requiring high IQ and EQ. Build trusted relationships with high-performing professionals. Operate with high autonomy and ownership over your success. How You’ll Be Measured This is a quota carrying role measured by revenue attainment. Deal sizes range from $75K to $5M+ with an average 30‑day sales cycle. Revenue is measured by agent, team and brokerage production volume. Location Based in our Bellevue, WA office, this onsite, market‑facing role will have you engaging clients in the field while collaborating in person with local teams and agents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Proven success in a quota‑carrying role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self‑starter with strong judgment Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Track record of high performance Compensation The base pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000 annually, with a target bonus of $30,000-$60,000 and uncapped bonus potential.
