We are looking for a dynamic Research Audiologist to join our team and support the development of innovative OTC hearing aid products. The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct a variety of clinical research, Consumer Trials, and validation studies that will directly impact the future of hearing aid technology and improve the lives of individuals with hearing loss./ppThis role will focus on organizing and conducting Consumer Trials, clinical trials, and usability studies for OTC hearing aids. The individual in this position will also collaborate on the development of hearing aid features, provide remote fine-tuning services to users, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and user satisfaction. The Research Audiologist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including RD, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support, to bring cutting-edge hearing solutions to market./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliOrganize and Conduct Consumer Trials ulliCollaborate with the product team to develop comprehensive Consumer Trials plans, including defining objectives, methods, and timelines./liliOversee and execute Consumer Trials to evaluate the usability, functionality, and effectiveness of OTC hearing aids./liliCollect, analyze, and interpret testing data, and provide actionable insights to support product improvements./li/ul/liliConduct Clinical Trials ulliPlan and execute clinical validation studies to assess the performance of OTC hearing aid products./liliEnsure clinical trials adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements./liliAnalyze clinical data to assess the benefits and effectiveness of hearing aid features for end-users./li/ul/liliCollaborate on Product Development ulliWork with RD teams to explore and develop innovative features for OTC hearing aid devices./liliProvide expert audiological input to ensure products meet the needs of users with hearing loss./liliSupport product optimization through data-driven recommendations and user feedback analysis./li/ul/liliProvide Remote Fine-Tuning and User Support ulliDeliver remote support to users via video consultations and hearing aid adjustment platforms./liliAssist users in fitting and fine-tuning their hearing aids to optimize performance and satisfaction./liliEducate users on product functionality and ensure proper usage./li/ul/liliPost-Market Studies ulliConduct post-market research to evaluate long-term patient benefits and gather feedback for continuous improvement./liliMonitor product performance in real-world settings and provide insights to enhance product reliability./li/ul/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ullih3Education and Certification/h3 ullih3Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent./h3/lilih3Active audiology license in the United States (e.g., CCC-A or state licensure)./h3/li/ul/lilih3Experience/h3 ullih3Minimum of 3 years of experience in audiology.
