From the moment you step onto our production floor, you’re transforming designs into dependable industrial control panels. You’ll interpret electrical schematics, lay out components, route and terminate wiring, and bring panels to life with meticulous workmanship. Along the way, you’ll verify quality, partner with engineers to resolve questions, and capture build details so every project meets our high bar for safety and performance.

What you’ll handle

• Build and wire industrial control panels in accordance with schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform in-process and final quality verifications to ensure customer and industry standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineers and teammates to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to drive efficiency.
• Document assembly steps and keep precise records of work completed.
• Participate in training to expand skills and stay current with best practices.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or degree in electrical/industrial technology is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in panel building or closely related electrical assembly work.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Skilled and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
