Marketing Coordinator

NC Fusion is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story, elevate our brand, and support the growth of one of the region's leading youth sports organizations. This role will support marketing, communications, website management, content creation, SEO, event promotion, and brand engagement across all NC Fusion programs and events. What You'll Do Marketing & Communications Execute marketing campaigns aligned with the NC Fusion brand and mission Help tell the stories that define the NC Fusion experience Maintain consistent branding across print and digital platforms Collaborate on social media content and scheduling Website & Digital Marketing Manage website updates and user experience Implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility Monitor website analytics and Google Business profiles Support digital improvements and integrations Content Creation Own the club-wide content calendar Capture and create engaging stories featuring athletes, coaches, teams, and community impact Design graphics for social media, events, presentations, signage, and promotional materials Lead "Beyond the Game" storytelling initiatives Events & Community Engagement Promote tournaments, camps, clinics, and club initiatives Support sponsor activation and partner recognition Coordinate marketing materials for events Collaborate across departments to meet marketing needs Digital & Administrative Support Utilize AI tools to improve marketing workflows Track campaign performance and digital analytics Manage marketing timelines and asset libraries Coordinate with vendors, photographers, media partners, and printers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred) 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience Strong writing, organization, and project management skills Experience with social media management and digital content creation Website/CMS experience and understanding of SEO Adobe Creative Suite proficiency Passion for youth sports and community impact Bonus Skills HTML AI marketing tools Photography/Videography Google Analytics & Search Console Email marketing and CRM platforms Why NC Fusion?
