This position performs service, repair, installation, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and occasionally light commercial setting.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
• Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
• Deliver a professional experience that builds trust—and repeat business

• HVAC experience (service preferred)
• Strong communication skills (this is a big one)

• Someone who wants to grow—not just punch a clock
• MUST possess a Connecticut B, D, or S license.
