Teach the fundamental skills and drills of the game of volleyball. Instruct players in the rules, regulations and equipment of the sport. Model sports‑like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, spectators, and families. Work in a group coaching environment. Provide academic advising to each player. Track the academic progress of each student/athlete. Collaborate with the Athletic Director, Administration, Teachers, and Parents. Fund‑raise for the program. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications CPR/First Aid certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association. NFHS Certificates: Fundamentals, Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Heat Illness Prevention, and COVID‑19 for Coaches and Administrators. Valid California Driver’s License.
