Talent Acquisition Co-op: Launch Your Campus Recruiting Career

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-op to support three Lead Recruiters on the Students and Early Careers team. The role offers hands‑on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to strategic initiatives shaping Delta’s future workforce. The 2 alternating rotations will be onsite in Atlanta, GA, Spring 2027 and Fall 2027, followed by Summer 2028.
