What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day direction and guidance to the Auto Maintenance team and allied vendors/service providers. Supervise and direct the work of assigned technicians, determining work procedures, expediting workflow, assigning duties, and examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures. Ensure all service/repair work is performed according to company standards, applicable regulations, and customer expectations—including oil and filter changes, fuel filter changes, transmission flush, vehicle inspections, brake components, tire services, tune‑ups, suspension components, electrical systems, interior/exterior components, engine and drive‑line components, and more. Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies. Supervise the completion of work order forms to ensure accurate vehicle records. Approve and forward bills and invoices to Accounting. Review work volumes, plan and monitor staff levels to ensure efficiency, quality and effective customer service. Ensure the shop and work areas are kept clean and tidy. Enforce company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the right behaviors. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Mentor and teach technicians to ensure the overall growth of the team. You’ll also meet the following qualifications: HS diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience), or an equivalent combination of education and work‑related experience. Safe driver; valid driver’s license required. Preferred ASE certifications in automotive repair. Compensation Base salary range: $67,100.00 – $100,700.00 per year. The base may vary within this range based on the position’s location and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also be eligible for an incentive program.
