Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team.  In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow-up guidance after their visits. This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico. What You Will Do Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout Contract & Compensation $5.50 USD per hour Paid weekly in arrears Independent contractor position 48-hours per week Training duration: 4 weeks Important Information This is a fully remote opportunity Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish Applications and resumes must be submitted in English Only candidates based in Mexico will be considered for this posting We will provide a laptop; however, to be considered for this role, you must have an additional screen, a headset, and a stable, wired internet connection.
