Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, engaging clients in effective, evidence-based modalities.

• Assess clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with established goals and desired outcomes.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to foster client progress.

• Document client progress through timely and thorough electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with fellow clinicians and support personnel to create comprehensive treatment strategies and refer clients to additional resources as necessary.

• Remain current with clinical best practices and evolving mental health trends to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Therapeutic Tranquility, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.

• Proficient in conducting thorough diagnostic assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
