Recruiting & Sales Summer Internship16.50/hourThe Future Leader is responsible for learning the three phases of business that Aerotek supports within a local operation. This includes Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support. The Future Leader must have strong business acumen as they will be interfacing with not only Aerotek employees but candidates, contractors and clients as well.Essential Functions:Train and learn Internship responsibilities with support of Account ManagerAttend daily team meetings to discuss goals and game planPost available positions via internal database to increase candidate poolNetwork and obtain resumes through referralsEvaluate job applications and create candidate call listSelect candidates that are qualified to enter in the interview processCorrespond via email with potential candidatesSchedule candidates for interviews with RecruitersShadow Recruiters as they conduct interviews and reference checksMaintain all documentation using Aerotek's Applicant Tracking SystemAttend Contractor lunches with other RecruitersShadow Account Managers on cold callsAttend client visits with Account ManagersShadow Account Managers through the client acquisition processShadow Account Managers during requisition qualificationsAttend networking events and/or job fairsShadow Field Support during pre-employment paperwork with contract employeesShadow Field Support during Background Investigations and Drug Test processesMinimum Education/Experience/Skills:Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degreeTransitioning between Junior and Senior year (preferred)MS OfficeCustomer service experienceSales related experience
