The position coordinates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, program management, and shop floor teams to ensure labor and materials are available and to resolve shortages, backlogs, and schedule disruptions.Essential Functions:* Releases work orders to production floor based on internal master schedule, part availability and current capacity.* May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area.* May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.* May manage projects at this level with responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work.### Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.* At least 2 years of previous Planning and / or New Product Introduction experience.* Experience in a production manufacturing environment either as a production planner, master scheduler, demand planner, and/or supply planner.Preferred Additional Skills:* Strong Microsoft Office skills, highly proficient in Excel (e.g., Excel formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables) and has skill in preparing tables, graphs, and charts.* Knowledge of Costpoint* Must possess strong results and goal/deadline-oriented work ethic, high attention to detail and be flexible.In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $69,500-129,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
