Director of Labor Relations: Strategic Negotiations Leader

Syracuse University seeks an experienced Labor Relations leader to strengthen the university’s strategic capacity in a multi‑union environment. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Labor Relations leads the Labor Relations team, manages contract administration, analytics and campus engagement with a focus on multiple international unions.
This role requires building structure, developing staff, and aligning bargaining objectives with institutional priorities.
