Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Cardiovascular to drive adoption of medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers across a defined territory. The role combines field-based promotion of approved cardiovascular products with account management and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved BMS cardiovascular product indications within assigned territory to meet sales targets in compliant manner
• Conduct in-office presentations and scientific discussions with healthcare providers on product information consistent with label
• Organize external speaker programs and facilitate logistics with approved speakers
• Build and maintain scientific expertise across assigned products and use analytics tools to inform customer engagement plans
• Gather and share customer insights internally to improve overall customer experience and service delivery

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in sales, medical affairs, healthcare, or nursing
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clinical and scientific data accurately to physicians
• Proven track record building credibility with healthcare providers and office staff
• Cardiovascular experience preferred
• Superior account management and sales performance with history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with positive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong selling and promotional capabilities
