Digital Support Specialist

This is a high-volume inbound call center role within our client's Digital Support department. While the team also handles chat and secure messaging, these employees will be focused exclusively on phone support.The position is approximately:70% customer service/member support30% technical troubleshootingThe technical aspect is not advanced IT support. Most calls involve helping members navigate the mobile app, reset passwords, recover usernames, troubleshoot login issues, navigate device settings, clear cache/cookies, or assist with MFA (multi-factor authentication) issues.
