Sanderson Lincoln is seeking a skilled Suspension Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle suspension systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose suspension system issues including shocks, struts, springs, and related components.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance on suspension systems according to manufacturer standards.
• Work closely with the service team to communicate vehicle status and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Document all work performed accurately using the shop’s management system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Suspension Technician or similar automotive repair role.
• Strong knowledge of suspension systems, alignment, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certifications preferred.
