Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s social media presence across all major platforms. This is a full-time position requiring a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, and short-form videos
Design visual assets using graphic design tools to maintain a consistent brand identity
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community in a professional and timely manner
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong content creation and copywriting skills
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Demonstrated experience managing social media advertising campaigns
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
