HR Generalist

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain operations, is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team. As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department, supporting manufacturing operations and fostering a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to HR functions, aligning successfully within a dynamic organization committed to diversity and excellence.

Job Title: HR Specialist

Location: Eau Claire, WI

What's the Job?

• Perform HR functions including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and policy enforcement.

• Support recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and new hires.

• Maintain accurate human resource information system records and generate reports.

• Coordinate employee events, wellness activities, and company communications.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and assist with employment law adherence.

What's Needed?

• Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience working within an HR department, especially in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

• Knowledge of employment regulations such as FLSA, EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a high sense of urgency.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
