Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior Program & Project Manager on behalf of our client in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery leader who excels at managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across business and technology organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

This position requires a strong combination of program leadership, project management expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence teams across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs and projects across multiple business and technology workstreams.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and operational objectives successfully.

• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and delivery performance metrics.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution across diverse teams.

• Support business readiness activities including implementation planning, training, operational transition, and adoption.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimization, and delivery best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs in enterprise environments.

• Proven success delivering large-scale initiatives on schedule and within budget.

• Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the healthcare, health insurance, or regulated industry environments.

• Experience supporting large-scale business readiness or operational transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of commercial or government health insurance products and implementations.

• Experience with enterprise project portfolio and resource management tools.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Monday.com, Planview, or Oracle ERP.

• Proven ability to operate at a program leadership level while maintaining strong project management discipline.
