Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility (Functional Expert for GPP Global Play Plus) Onsite GPP expert Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between customer and Finastra teams Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.

Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc. Lead customer calls understand customer requirements, discuss and explain requirement issues, root cause solution, provide status updates, and outline next steps Support Banks SITUATNFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc. Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades. Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications, Use Cases) Experience level 5 to 10 years.*Onsite GPP Expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams*Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design)/ILD (Interface Level Design)workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.*Act as configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration* Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.* Support Banks SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc.*Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.*Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical specifications, Functional Specifications,Use Cases*Experience Level-Jr SME (5-7 yo); Sr SME 7+ycs)Additional Skill:*Act as configuration expert for the customer and support system and Business configuration*Triage Production issues in Traces, GUI & DB, and recommend workarounds & permanent setup solutions.*Lead customer calls: understand customer requirements, discuss and explain requirements/issues/root causes/solution, provide status updates, and outlines next steps.Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines• Solid knowledge of PAYplus USA and/or GFX software• Solves complex problems; exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. oversight of data aggregation, leadership of client implementation processes, etc.)• Works independently, receives minimal guidance• May lead projects analytically, or aspects of a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives• Impacts a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams – typically has end to end accountability for assigned processes, products or programs.
