Guide patients and their families through the therapeutic process, offering education on goals, discharge plans, and at-home exercises

Record evaluations, treatments, and progress following both facility and regulatory standards

Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to foster seamless care coordination

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable qualification from an accredited program

Active state license as a Physical Therapist

Preferred CPR certification

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are a welcomed asset

Prior experience is highly valued
