Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative - Spanish

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Service-Oriented - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience not required we will train the right person with the right skill set. Ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with 3+ years of service and/or sales experience in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Primary focus: customer service, retention, account reviews, relationship building, and identifying appropriate sales/cross-sell opportunities.
• Expected to contribute to overall Agency goals and growth.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

• Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain within 60 days)
• Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain within 60 days)
• Bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English
• Minimum of three years of professional work experience required.
• Strong organization, accuracy, follow-through, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Must complete Sales and Service assessments.
