Megatel Homes in Uptown Dallas seeks a skilled takeoff estimator to validate estimating take offs on job starts and to compute base plan materials for structural options using Plan Swift, BRIX and related tools. The role requires home building experience, strong math skills, proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD or Planswift/BlueBeam, and the ability to read floor and engineering plans; hours are Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM with benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Megatel Homes
