Role Overview We are looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to generate qualified B2B opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and support business growth across our HR services and talent solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify target companies and generate qualified B2B leads. Reach out to founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR heads, and other senior stakeholders. Promote StorySideUp's HR consulting, executive search, and talent solutions. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the founder. Research potential clients and manage follow-ups. Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare weekly reports. Support networking events for senior HR professionals and founders in Delhi NCR. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales. Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or HRTech preferred. Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and spreadsheets.
