Your Role at SIXT

In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone, then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles.

Your Skills Matter

• Customer Orientation : You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
• Effective Communication : You are open-minded, communicative, and enjoy writing and making phone calls
• Flexibility : You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for night shifts
• Teamwork : You collaborate effectively with other team members, contributing to an international and dynamic environment that fosters cooperation
• Solution-Focused : You have the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction
• You have initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook)
• You work reliably, independently, and are service- and solution-oriented
